Towards zero point on the main road from the campsite. Then take a right at the first big junction after zero point. Then immediately right, then left.
The big white building on your right side is the Passport and Immigration office.

Remarks
|
Extension requires 1 passport picture, copy of passport and visa. Possibly you get an interview explaining your reasons for staying longer in Pakistan. Extension is free and takes a few days. Changing single to multiple entry requires a bank deposit and permission from the department here.
